Hi Rachael!

In the recipe card down at the bottom of the post, you’ll see a box with “24” servings inside it and +/- arrows to either side. You can reduce that down to 4-5 which will give you the measurements for about 2 jalapeños. Some of the measurements will be kinda funny – like 1/6 cup but sometimes I just google “how many tablespoons is 1/6 cup” and that gives me an easier to interpret measurement. You can also adjust the servings so that the measurements are a little easier to follow and then just have some leftover filling – put it on a toasted bagel or in a tortilla, etc. Some people even freeze the filling and then you can use the leftovers the next time you have a few jalapeños or want to make a smaller portion.
