Hi Heidi! I haven’t made these in mini size, but I SHOULD! I do have this version that is cookie dough on the bottom, cheesecake on the top: https://thegirlinspired.com/cookie-dough-cheesecakes. I would try 10-12 minutes for the brownie and then maybe 20 minutes after adding the cheesecake. Let me know what you find out if you try it and I will update when I try them in mini form.

In reply to Nancy. No giblets. Usually just onion, celery and apple. Also a few extra seasonings and raisins or dried cranberries.
