Hi Heidi! I haven’t made these in mini size, but I SHOULD! I do have this version that is cookie dough on the bottom, cheesecake on the top: https://thegirlinspired.com/cookie-dough-cheesecakes. I would try 10-12 minutes for the brownie and then maybe 20 minutes after adding the cheesecake. Let me know what you find out if you try it and I will update when I try them in mini form.

Hi Heather, Mine is a 9-inch springform, but sometimes the oven calibration or the temp of the ingredients can vary the bake time. I hope it turned out for you this time!

My question is about pan size. The pictures shown look like a 10-inch springform pan “to me”. Because I couldn’t remember what I did before, I have made this in a 9-inch. The brownie mix was still soupy looking annd not “set” on top after 15 minutes, so I added another 5 minutes. I did bake the cheesecake the amount of time listed. It’s now cooling with oven door cracked. Just a question really about pan size.

I used my homemade brownie mix and put it in the oven for 15 minutes. I didn’t allowing to cook before putting cream cheese batter on top. Either I didn’t bake the brownies long enough or I should have allowed the brownie mixture to cool because the brownie mixture was not firm enough to hold cream cheese mixture atop. So….we’ll see how this turns out. I bet it’ll still be good!
